		<description>Yeah, it&#039;s one of my favorite trails.  (the JEM Trail)  We always do a shuttle to the top, so no biking up a dirt road or anything.
It&#039;s @ 7 miles downhill.  Most of the trail is pretty smooth with a few whoops here and there.  We took 3 beginners with us.

At about 1:20 on the film, you&#039;ll see the only spot you&#039;ll have to walk your bike.  And then towards the end there are some pretty tall cliffs right next to the trail, so &lt;strong&gt;DON&#039;T RIDE THIS TRAIL TIRED&lt;/strong&gt;!</description>
