Justin’s Salsa Recipe

Here is the salsa recipe for what I brought to Kevin & Janis’ house:

.

@ 10 Roma Tomatoes

1/2 to 3/4 of a purple onion

@ 20 Cilantro leaves

3 cloves of garlic

1 Jalepeno pepper

@ 1 teaspoon of salt

@ 1 teaspoon of lime juice

.

Blend together with chopper or blender to a smooth texture.

**Try your own variation of these, none of my ingredients are measured exactly.  It’s always done to taste.

.

Best served with Tostitos “Hint of Lime” chips, or Santitas White Corn chips.

How to send large files to somebody

Do you have a file on your computer that you’d like to show to somebody else, but it is too big to email?

The default response for the last 10+ years has been to burn a CD of those funny video clips, and either put the CD in the mail or hand deliver it.  What a pain.

Here is a much faster, easier alternative, and yes it’s FREE.

Yampa River, Colorado

I just got back from 5 days on the Yampa River in Northwestern Colorado through Dinosaur National Monument.  There were 25 of us and all went great.  We ate very well, and the river flow was awesome, I believe around 14,000 cfs.

The whitewater was great, all 10 rafts did well with only one flip in the paddle boat.

SEE THE ORIGINAL REPORT HERE

Here are a bunch of videos and pictures, enjoy.
